Boletus edulis (lot. Boletus, vok. Pfifferlinge, pranc. Cèpe, porcini) – This is one of the best-known and most valuable edible mushroom. Boletus widely used in cooking. Mushroom soup in 7 times more colorific than meat. You could use it fresh, dried, pickled, salted or frozen. Grows in June and November in different forests.
